Data Deletion Instructions

Draft text: This text is a template and must be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.

You can ask for the data we keep about you at Adsenzo to be deleted at any time. Choose the method that fits your situation.

1. Remove an ad platform connection

Open the Connections page in the dashboard and click Remove on the platform card. The connection's access tokens are revoked on the platform and deleted, and syncing stops immediately.

Past campaign and performance data stays in your reports. If you want that deleted too, delete your organization or write to us.

2. Delete the organization and all of its data

As the organization owner, choose Delete organization under Settings → Danger zone in the dashboard. The organization is deactivated immediately; all data, including connections, campaign data, creatives and reports, is permanently deleted after 30 days.

3. Request deletion by e-mail

If you cannot access your account or want your personal user account deleted, send an e-mail with the subject “Data deletion request” from the address registered in your account to destek@adsenzo.com. After verifying your identity we complete the request within 30 days at the latest and let you know.

4. Delete through Facebook (Meta)

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select Adsenzo and click Remove. Then use the option to request that your data be deleted.

When Meta forwards your request to us, the access tokens of the connections made with your Meta account are revoked and the personal information we received from Meta is deleted. Meta gives you a confirmation code; use it to follow your request on the data deletion status page.

5. Remove access from your Google account

You can remove Adsenzo's access under Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services in your Google account. Once access is removed, the Google Ads and YouTube connections stop working; use the methods above to delete the remaining data.

Data that may be retained

Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records, is kept for the statutory period and deleted afterwards. See the Privacy Policy for details.
