Terms of Use

The Service

Adsenzo is a subscription-based software service (SaaS) for connecting Google Ads, YouTube (through Google Ads), Meta and TikTok ad accounts in one dashboard, creating and managing campaigns, reporting on them and monitoring them with automation rules.

Account and security

• You must provide accurate and current information when you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions taken through your account; we recommend using two-factor authentication.
• You decide the permissions of the users you invite to your organization and you are responsible for their actions.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and, if you act on behalf of a business, authorized to do so.

Ad platform connections

You connect your ad accounts through the platforms' official authorization (OAuth) flows. Actions in connected accounts are carried out on your instructions and on your behalf.

Campaigns created through Adsenzo are created paused (PAUSED) on the platform; starting a campaign and the resulting ad spend are your decision and responsibility. Ad spend is billed directly by the respective platform and is not part of the Adsenzo fees.

You are responsible for complying with the advertising policies and terms of Google, Meta and TikTok. Adsenzo cannot be held liable if a platform restricts your account or rejects your ads.

Fees, trial and payment

• New organizations start with a 14-day free trial. If no plan is chosen by the end of the trial, the account switches to read-only mode and your data is kept.
• Plan prices are shown excluding VAT on the Pricing page; the applicable VAT is added at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and are charged to your saved payment method.
• If a payment fails, your account remains usable with a warning for 7 days; after that, actions such as publishing campaigns and running rules are stopped.
• Withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for ads that are unlawful, misleading or infringe the rights of others; attempt to circumvent the platforms' security measures; gain unauthorized access to the Service; reverse engineer the software; or use it with automated requests that create unusual load. We may suspend your account if these rules are breached.

Content and intellectual property

The creatives, copy and product data you upload belong to you; you allow us to process them only to provide the Service. All rights in the Adsenzo software, brand and interface belong to Adsenzo.

AI suggestions

Suggestions from the AI copy assistant are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or conflict with platform policies. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before publishing them.

Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption, but planned maintenance, outages at the ad platforms or API changes may cause temporary access problems. You can send support requests through the contact form or to destek@adsenzo.com.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adsenzo's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses resulting from ad spend. The statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

Termination

You can cancel your subscription in the dashboard at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you seriously breach these Terms we may suspend or close your account with notice. After an account is closed, your data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction over disputes; for consumer transactions, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remains unaffected.

Changes

We may update the Terms. We announce significant changes by e-mail or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
