Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, between the Seller named below and the Buyer who purchases a subscription on the Adsenzo platform.

1. Parties

Buyer: the natural or legal person registered in the Adsenzo account and its billing details.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online provision of the software service (SaaS) covered by the subscription plan the Buyer chooses on the Adsenzo platform.

3. Service, price and payment

  • The plan's name, scope, limits and billing period (monthly or yearly) are stated in the order summary and on the Pricing page.
  • Prices are in Turkish lira; the applicable VAT (20%) is added at checkout to prices shown without VAT, and the total amount is displayed before confirmation.
  • Payment is collected from a credit or debit card through the licensed payment institution iyzico. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews with the same method at the start of each period.
  • Invoices are issued electronically and made available in the dashboard.

4. Performance and delivery

The Service becomes available in the Buyer's account immediately and electronically once the payment is confirmed; there is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form. By confirming the payment, the Buyer agrees that performance starts immediately and acknowledges that there is therefore no right of withdrawal.

The Buyer can try the Service free of charge for 14 days before purchasing. Refund conditions are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Obligations of the parties

The Seller provides the Service within the chosen plan and in line with the Terms of Use. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the account and billing details and for using the Service in line with the Terms of Use.

7. Renewal and cancellation

The Buyer can cancel the subscription in the dashboard at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no fee is charged for the next period.

8. Dispute resolution

Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, the consumer arbitration committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction; above these limits, the consumer courts do. For transactions where the Buyer is a merchant, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction.

9. Entry into force

The agreement enters into force when the Buyer confirms it electronically during checkout. The current version is always available on this page.
