Frequently asked questions

See all questions

Which product feed formats do you support?

You can import Google Merchant Center compatible XML and CSV feeds by URL or by uploading a file.

I use Entegrenzo. Will my products come in automatically?

The Entegrenzo integration is in early access; write to us to join. Meanwhile you can import your products with an XML or CSV feed.

How is ROAS calculated?

ROAS is the conversion value reported by the platforms divided by spend. Because currencies are converted at the daily rate, you compare channels on the same scale.

How do I split my budget across channels?

In the wizard you split the daily budget across channels by percentage. Later you can change budgets from the campaign table or with automation rules.
