Categories of personal data processed

• Identity: first name, last name.
• Contact: e-mail address, phone number (if provided), address.
• Customer transactions: subscription, order and invoice details, support requests.
• Finance: tax office and number, payment transaction records (card details are processed by the payment institution).
• Transaction security: IP address, session and sign-in records, activity logs, password hash and two-factor authentication details.
• Ad platform data: user identifiers, access tokens, campaign and performance data of connected ad accounts.

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed to run membership and contract processes, provide the Service and carry out ad platform operations on your instructions, handle finance and accounting, run information security processes, follow up requests and complaints, communicate with you and provide information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations.

Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (ç), necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). Where explicit consent is required, we ask for it separately.

Transfer of personal data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK to our infrastructure, hosting, e-mail and payment service providers, to the ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) on your instructions, and to legally authorized public institutions. Transfers to service providers abroad are made with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by fully or partly automated means, through forms on the website and in the dashboard, the APIs of the ad platforms you connect, e-mail and support channels, and cookies.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with it,
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to,
• Object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can submit requests about your rights, together with information that identifies you and in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to destek@adsenzo.com, to our KEP address ([KEP address]) or in writing to [Company address]. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
