Refund Policy

This policy explains the cancellation and refund conditions for Adsenzo subscriptions and applies together with the Distance Sales Agreement and the Terms of Use.
Free trial
Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial and no payment details are requested for it. Nothing is charged during the trial.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Billing page in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep using the Service until then and nothing is charged for the next period.
Refunds
Because the Service is performed instantly in electronic form, there are no partial refunds for a subscription period that has started and no refunds for unused time. We do refund the amount you paid in the following cases:
- A duplicate or erroneous charge for the same period,
- The Service being unavailable for an extended time for reasons attributable to us,
- Any other case in which applicable law requires a refund.
Refund process
Send refund requests with your invoice number to destek@adsenzo.com. Approved refunds are sent to the card used for the payment through iyzico within 10 business days; how long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
