The application and database run in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. The database is backed up every night; the application server cannot be reached directly from the internet, and requests only pass through the web application.

How do I remove Adsenzo's access to my ad account?
You can remove the connection from the Adsenzo panel. You can also revoke the permission you gave Adsenzo at any time from your Google, Meta or TikTok account settings.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can delete your organization from the Settings page or write to us. Step-by-step instructions are on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
