Data we collect

To provide the Service we process the following categories of data:

• Account data: full name, e-mail address, a one-way hash of your password, language and time zone preferences, two-factor authentication settings.
• Organization and billing data: company name, tax office and number, billing address, subscription and invoice records. Card details are processed by the payment institution; Adsenzo does not store your card number.
• Ad platform data: account, campaign, ad, creative and performance data obtained from the Google Ads, YouTube, Meta and TikTok accounts you connect, within the permissions you grant, and the access tokens for these platforms.
• Content you upload: creative files, product feeds and campaign copy.
• Usage and security logs: IP address, browser information, session records, activity (audit) logs and error logs.
• Contact data: the name, e-mail address, company and message you send us through the contact form or by e-mail.

How we use data

• To create your account, verify your identity and provide the Service,
• To sync your ad accounts and create and edit campaigns on your instructions,
• To manage your subscription, collect payments and issue invoices,
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse and fraud,
• To answer your support requests and send important notices about the Service,
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for ad targeting or for marketing to third parties.

Google API data

Adsenzo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google Ads and YouTube data only for the ad management and reporting features you request; we do not use it to serve ads, determine creditworthiness or train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell it.

Meta and TikTok data

Data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok is used only for the features of the Service, in line with each platform's developer policies. How your data is deleted when you remove the Adsenzo app is described in the Data Deletion Instructions.

Sharing of data

We share your data only as far as necessary to provide the Service, under contractual safeguards, with the following groups of recipients:

• Infrastructure providers for hosting, data storage, e-mail delivery and error monitoring,
• The licensed payment institution that processes payments (iyzico),
• The AI service provider that processes the text you enter when you use the AI copy assistant,
• The ad platforms we act on for you on your instructions (Google, Meta, TikTok),
• Competent public authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may host data outside Türkiye. International transfers are carried out with the safeguards required by Article 9 of the KVKK and related legislation (e.g. standard contracts).

Retention

We keep your personal data while your account is active and for the periods required by law. When you delete your organization, its data is permanently deleted after 30 days; data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, is kept for the statutory period.

Data security

All communication runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Ad platform access tokens are stored with envelope encryption (AES-256-GCM), organizations' data is isolated from each other at the database level and critical actions are logged. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for your account.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your data, to request its correction, deletion or transfer, and to object to its processing. Send your requests to destek@adsenzo.com; we reply within 30 days at the latest.

Cookies

Our website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to work. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not suitable for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We announce significant changes by e-mail or in-app notification; the current version is always published on this page.
